Keith Giusto Bakery Supply, or KGBS as we call it, was created by and for professional bakers. We’re here to supply you with the best ingredients, in-depth knowledge and customer service possible so you can focus on the dough rising in your world. 

Keith Giusto, a third generation baker and fourth generation miller, has been involved in the world of baking since the late 1970s. He learned at an early age that a successful baker needs three things: quality ingredients, technical knowledge and a passion for baking.

In the early 2000s, a growing demand in the San Francisco Bay Area for a bakery supply company that could adequately provide all three led to the creation of KGBS. Since then, the company has grown to be the most respected supplier of premium organic flour and baking ingredients in the Western United States.

KGBS proudly carries Central Milling flour – the highest quality flour in the business. We also carry a handful of other premium ingredients for your artisan bakery needs: salt, yeast, seeds, dried fruit, nuts, sugar, dough conditioners, chocolate and much more.
